Ilyas Ali Registered Massage Therapist
As a Registered Massage Therapist, I focus on providing personalized, client-centred care using evidence-based techniques. My goal is to understand each client’s individual needs and develop treatments that help reduce pain and muscle tension, improve mobility, and support overall well-being. I believe in combining clinical knowledge with a compassionate and comfortable approach to care.
My interest in massage therapy began while I was working in accounting and watching my wife complete her massage therapy education. Her dedication and passion for helping others inspired me to explore the profession, and I soon developed a passion of my own for helping people through massage therapy.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy travelling, cooking, and spending time with my family. I am committed to continuing my education and providing safe, professional care while following the standards of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

Rachel VandenDool Registered Physiotherapist, BA Hons (Kin), MScPT
As an avid runner and soccer player, Rachel grew up knowing the importance of an effective rehabilitation. It is these experiences that gave Rachel the desire to become a physiotherapist from a young age. Since becoming a physiotherapist, Rachel has taken many post-graduate courses to further her learning in the areas of low back and shoulder rehabilitation, functional stability training for the core, treating headaches and more. Rachel is familiar with treating a wide variety of injuries from athletic injuries and post-operative injuries to injuries that develop as a result of a sedentary job or lifestyle. Most recently, Rachel has taken post graduate courses in running injuries and running assessments. Her philosophy is to involve the patient in their own rehabilitation as much as possible through education and exercise, which compliments her use of manual therapy and soft tissue techniques to help reduce pain and restore function as quickly as possible. Rachel graduated with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University in 2010 and prior to that from Redeemer University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Honours Kinesiology in 2007. Rachel is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and is a member of the Canadian and Ontario Physiotherapy Associations.
